      Good supervisiors Great peers Flexible with PTO/ Float

      Cons

      -Upper Management - Program Manager and Regional Manager very clicky. -Regional Manager suspended for 2 weeks , extremely poor communication skills -Upper Management does not listen to the opinions of staff, constructive criticism seen as complaining -Blatant disregard for staff case loads -very Toxic environment coming directly from upper management.

      Embroiled in politics, expect to relive Junior High again.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with the developmentally disabled in rewarding ways. Make your own schedule. Pay for mileage when traveling.

      Cons

      First off, not everyone there is bad. There are good people working to better others' lives and they do make a difference. However, the place is full of office politics, entrenched, bitter employees who backstab each other, and a sad amount of people more concerned with their positions than with advocating for their clients. Some of the managers have really "poisoned the well" by not communicating with their staff, limiting important information flow, and some of the case managers are uninterested in their clients and their needs. Very sad.
