      Pros

      It is a well diversified company with opportunity for growth when initiative is taken. I found I was able to mould my role in to one that was well suited to me and meaningful to the organisation. It is fast paced and ever evolving making for an exciting journey of learning in a friendly environment. I couldn't hope for a better place to find myself.

      Cons

      There are few. However, I have at times felt under resourced and wonder whether the resources we have are being effectively managed.
