Very much a 9-5 work environment with little demands on employees to work overtime. A stable business with consistent customers year-to-year.
Cons
Owner & other key management are verbally abusive and can be prone to bullying. Complex project management software requiring employees to post all project documents online, resulting in unnecessary data entry for senior staff members. Little opportunity for raises and bonuses.
