Pros

They really care about you and make sure that you have a good paying wage. The amount of PTO that you can earn is really good and the company is really good at making sure that you get to use your POT as well.

Cons

The amount of training that they assign you is a little out of hand when you have to also do your current amount of work.

Many different positions available throughout the US (management, admin, shipping/receiving, reception, print, mail, document processing) Unique benefits in addition to standard offerings (organ donor benefit, emergency employee funds, charity PTO) Opportunities for advancement Upper management staff are very accessible Travel opportunities Subcontractor positions are very stable due to contract obligations

Cons

Your daily work experience and culture will vary based on if you work for corporate, or as a subcontractor at a client site. ARO is growing quickly and its structure hasn't caught up. Some processes are clunky and positions are being created and ironed out over time. The hiring process is long. Usually one recruitment call, then a call with the manager, then in-person interview, and some follow-up calls before an offer letter, then drug & background takes about a week. Then you can start working. Paychecks go out twice a month afterward.
