People are friendly. Even when being screwed it will be done with a smile.

Cons

Long hours. Low pay. (Not competitive in the slightest) Disconnected management. Soul crushing corporate direction.

Cons

Disconnect from upper management to local sales centers. Horrible pay and long hours for salaried employees. Hourly employees pay nowhere near as competitive as other company's. Unreasonable expectations from upper management.

Benefits are good, were better but still not bad. 401k is good. Decent work life balance. tuition reimbursement is excellent.

Cons

Top down management style. Executives and Managers lead with fear and intimidation. Lack diversity in top rolls. No opportunity to give feedback to upper level leaders. Strictly one way communication. Absolutely horrible communication and training for Managers which creates managers who are really horrible at what they do when it comes to leading teams and promoting team development. Its a my way or the highway leadership/management style all the way to the top.
