Pros

There are none but I have a 5 work minimum.

Cons

-Leadership (there is none) favorites are promoted even if they aren't capable of managing -Strategy (or lack there of) -Respect or care for their employees -Product's are overpriced and not reliable -They have an over-inflated view of themselves and their capabilities (in the US at least) -They don't know what it takes or how to run a successful company in US. They refuse to acknowledge the differences in the European vs. NA markets

Don't do it...

Pros

There are no pros to list.

Cons

The company might do well if there was a different CEO. The CEO is an engineer, not a leader. He instills fear in his employees and doesn't anticipate changes in the industry that might affect the products/direction that the company should go in.

Pros

- Employees are really nice, it's not only colleagues but real friends. People are very smart, acknowledgeable and hard workers which makes a nice working environment. - High end products with a good CPO vision. - It's a good school for Sales.

Cons

- This is a 50-people company with French-style top-down management with countless processes. - Adomik didn't give me real opportunities to grow in my career, the top positions are locked in the business team and I didn't feel encourage to reach them. - Business teams (Sales, Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineering) aren't incentivized to work together through the variable compensation structure. - Be careful: Variable compensation: they can change the rules in the middle of a quarter avoiding you to reach your target. - Constant reorganization which leads to frustration. - Big ego CEO who barely says hello to its emloyees and show no interest in them.
