very irregular hours, the logistics of schedules is made without thinking on the necessary rest hours a driver needs risking possible accidents due to lower performance for excessive work hours vs not enough rest time. They punish employees for being sick and takin a day off, they don't have any consideration to the families, their only goal is to make money $$$ I really though the owner Luis a Latino would have some consideration in this regard and care about the well being of all his employees, but he doesn't see there is logistics managers giving preferences of schedules to their friends, its sad to see that. very poor management

Flexibility depending on jobs, and management are not constantly interfering with work.
