Pros

The pay is more than fair.

Cons

The CEO and CMO left - which has shifted the dynamic of the company into survival mode. Lots of turnovers with no plans to backfill headcount. There is little to no job security. I would use any role at Adorama as a placeholder until you land your dream job elsewhere. Dysfunctional, unorganized, unmotivated and unprepared... need I say more?

Pros

The only pro is getting to work around camera equipment and that's it.

Cons

Average pay with little to no growth. Sorry to say it but unless you are part of the Orthodox culture someone will always pass you by for the better job, promotion, raise, etc. Treat their employees like garbage. Complaints to management and HR go no where. It is just a dead end, regardless the area be it the store, rental house or print house.

Pros

There are no pros to working at Adorama at this time.

Cons

Disgusting, filthy office space that never gets cleaned. People we’re constantly sick/coughing most likely due to the fact they they never clean the place. Endless micromanagement which prevents you from getting your work done. The web team consists of arrogant artists and graphic designers that taught themselves HTML/CSS and think that they’re world class front end engineers. All the reviews say this but I’ll say it too - if you’re not Jewish you’re going nowhere in this place. Nepotism, bias and favoritism are bountiful. Their culture is overbearingly forced on you. Managers and leadership are truly sick and sadistic individuals who take pleasure in firing people as a power trip.
