I would just like to say that the staff in Adore Cosmetics at the Rideau Centre were exceedingly rude to me and my mother. The manager was especially condescending and not helpful. It seemed like the only thing they were after was money and they would pressure us until they got it.This is no way to provide costumer service. I believe the staff need to be retrained or replaced.
