      Small team Will buy you or give you a new computer

      Cons

      very little team support Main office very disconnected from US team One of the three office employees has thrown tantrums, literal objects across the office, outwardly curses and yells while the "boss" does nothing. I had brought up the abusive and uncomfortable environment on several occasions and it was never seriously addressed. also absolutely no diversity

      -small privately owned business -company based out of Europe, international team & local US team -flexible working hours/generous vacation upon hire -heath benefits/401k option

      -small company doesn't have the same benefits/mobility of larger enterprise company
