Pros

Lack of organisation and structure imposed by owner provides opportunities for driven self starters to develop their own processes.

Cons

Lack of direction or interest from the owner generally until there is a purchase to be made re CRM, job slots etc. never really wanted to spend any money to make money which proved very difficult.
