Bad pay to only begin with. CEO (Veronica) is horrible. She’s so full of herself and thinks she can talk to anyone how she wants cause she’s the boss. And she’s extremely cheap. My theory is she either doesn’t have as much money as she flaunts or she just stingy. Either way she’s unbearable and has no morals. They also have cameras everywhere watching your every move...so weird, they don’t trust their employees. They wanna just call you out on any little thing you do like check your phone. Just a toxic and controlling environment for the bare minimum pay. There’s also so much hierarchy and there’s obviously favorites and you can blatantly tell. Some of the higher paid employees walked around like they were better than us. It wasn’t until I explored other jobs and worked somewhere else that I realized there are so many MUCH BETTER places to work and companies offering much more.

Adriana has no respect for her employees. Yells, insults and degrades employees in front of others if something doesn't go her way. She wants everyone to stand and clap for her when she enters a company function. The VP and other upper management are just Adriana's puppets. You cannot trust anyone there especially the people they have working there who are sponsored from Mexico by Adriana's. They have them working in fear. If they don't do what they say when they want they will lose sponsorship. This place reminded me of how Trump has his staff in fear. If you don't agree with the leader you will be ousted.
