Pros

Supportive and collaborative team with a fast-paced startup environment. I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects across business operations, lead generation, and process improvement. The team values initiative, provides flexibility, and encourages learning and professional growth. Great exposure to AI and startup operations.

Cons

As with many early-stage startups, priorities can change quickly, so adaptability is important. Some processes are still evolving, but the team is continuously improving workflows and communication.

Pros

As the CEO’s assistant, I’ve had a front-row seat to the company’s rapid growth—and I’ve been lucky to be part of it. Working on various cross-functional projects has helped me grow a lot, both in hands-on execution and in understanding how a fast-moving company works at a strategic level.

Cons

With things moving so quickly, sometimes priorities shift before full alignment across teams is reached. It can feel a bit chaotic if communication isn’t tightly managed. Also, because everyone’s so hands-on and busy, onboarding for new joiners can feel a bit overwhelming at first if there isn’t enough structure in place—but that’s also part of the startup journey, I guess.
