      Fast paced, innovative, encourages individual initiative and new ideas. Management is family friendly and very flexible on work/personal life

      Cons

      Usual with a small company- all smart people, but small in numbers. Which means it is always a rush to the next task.

      Some nice people in middle management.

      Cons

      When they laid me off, I applied for COBRA and the cost was almost 4 times what I was paying as an employee. It should have been 2 times the cost. It turns out that they have the insurance company set the cost, and the insurance company overprices it. They have some insurance guy in Tennessee run their healthcare plan and he is clueless. He told me Adtec's COBRA was a bad deal. Management knows this is happening, but do not seem care So, if you care about your healthcare, stay away from Adtec in Florida and in Tennessee.
