      Don't fall in the trap

      Pros

      - Work on small/low hanging MSFT projects. - You can make connections with Microsoft employees. - Apparently CEO (from my few/brief conversations) is better than other folks but he cannot alone run the company.

      Cons

      - Very unethical place - Be very careful and they will do a full on sell job while offering the job. - Senior management is full of unethical and dishonest people (specifically COO). - COO thinks that he has got the best business sense in the world but he zero idea of how to run business . - They can let you go anytime without any prior notice all of sudden. - Dont fall into the trap at all.

      Pros

      Work on MS technologies, you will enjoy working with US team

      Cons

      Full of politics, management will not let you grow after a certain point, they do not value their employees, they can insult you with their high pitched voice, company's policy can manipulate as per there comfort and yet claim to stick to the policy. No freedom to work and enjoy doing your job. Overcommitted deadlines. Not guinuane management.

      Personal growth in terms of knowledge are good.

      Cons

      No good wages for existing employees, benefits . No appraisal on time .Those who are appraised also paid like 1000Rs per month hike. Real shame
