Senior management has been there too long and has burned many community bridges that are essential for continued success of the organization. Lots of favoritism and little tolerance for change suggestions if not introduced by senior management.

In a Town Hall meeting this past summer when asked by concerned employees about salary increases, the COO, (former) Charles Faust, Jr. stated that there was no money in the budget for salary increases for the employees, neglecting to mention the fact that the CEO and COO had given themselves increases. Does the BOD knows about this? The bank froze the LOC and the CEO has flown through the Federal grant that they receive, spending with no regard to budgeting, including purchasing $7,500 of Christmas decorations last year when funds were needed to pay the bills. Labor heavy, they do not control spending and will soon again, be on credit hold with every vendor out there, cutting off their medical supplies for patients. Do you want to get paid? I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place is a walking BAD DECISION, due to the CEO. If she really cared about the organization and the mission, she would resign.
