Get a disciplinary meeting for making a medial appointment inside working hours without ‘prior consent’ even if you arrive to work 20 minutes early to ask if it’s ok and you’re advised it is ok.
Will get sacked unexpectedly.

Allow others to work from home but when you provide a sick note from the doctors which advised you have anxiety due to work stress they make it even more difficult by saying they can’t accommodate working from home in my circumstance
