Coworkers can be really great

The industry is already hard and this company treats its employee’s terribly, which makes it even harder to work in this industry. They have huge turnover this year there have been at least 2-3 employees who have left abruptly almost every month and even if they gave them a 30 day notice they let them go earlier then that. Instead of asking the employees why they are leaving they refuse to have exit interviews to understand their short falls. This includes VP’s of Management that are condescending and unapproachable. The entire management team will lift up people who do the bare minimum and the hard workers will get forgotten and overworked. Additionally, when someone does decide to leave they become petty and the entire upper management openly talks trash about those former employees. They will ostracize people who do not drink the juice and will often make people feel like they are the problem not the upper management themselves.

Typical big HOA Management company that grew too fast. Nepotism? Never heard of it.
