Pros

Many of the non-management employees are very kind and helpful. I am still friends with quite a few. Salary was adequate.

Cons

Communication was very poor. Management had their "clicks". If you weren't in the "click" you were left out of processes, projects, etc. I even experienced honesty issues with mid level management. I was completely miserable and dreaded comings to work each and every day.

Nice people to work with. Health benefits are pretty good

Cons

The HR dept is only there as a cover. Americans aren't really welcome in the production dept. IT and marketing go through people more often then the toilets are flushed. The aim for the company is to save a dollar wherever they can, especially in the injured employee dept. (injury attys should stand outside, they'd get a caseload).
