      management are inexperienced and dont have a wealth of knowledge, so you could have an easy life if you are that way inclined, im not

      awful management, really dont understand healthcare as most of the management come from other countries with health systems, constantly changing management, contractors doing NICE submissions with a view to dragging them on so they get paid, no clarity or direction, no leadership, bullying and awful policy
