None, run for the hills if they call you for a job interview.
Cons
I have over 6 years experience in the field in which I was hired for, however that does not mean that as a new employee I wont be trained in their polices and procedures. I was not told anything and was expected to be a mind reader.... Owner kept complaining saying that it would be cheaper for her to hire a min. wage worker than to pay me.Well after 4 weeks I left... She has a very HIGH turn over rate, many good people have worked at her school but don't last because she is CRAZY!
