      Pros

      Fast-paced and challenging but allows you to encounter and treat many different cases - a great learning experience.

      Cons

      Can be extremely physically and mentally taxing, and more often than not there's no time to even take a lunch. Nightshift especially take the role of 3 other jobs at times due to being understaffed.

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere where the owners of the hospital really care about their employees. The equipment and facility stay up to date and the staff takes patient care very seriously.

      Cons

      Just like any workplace there can be some disagreements between the staff members. The department heads and owners of the clinic are quick to help and ensure the hospital stays focused on patient care and taking care of clients.
