Great People but poor HR

Pros

I liked my coworkers and people I worked with to help improve the manufacturing line.

Cons

HR terminated me while my supervisor was on vacation simply because I would not wear a mask. This company is stuck in 2020 and cares more about their outdated policy than having a good worker.

Pros

Diverse workforce, friendly management and co-workers, generous paid time off plus vacation days.

Cons

Would be nice if they offered 10 hour day shift work. They currently offer a 10 hour night shift.

They have a decent pay, However you can get this same pay elsewhere with less hostility and unprofessionalism

Cons

Terrible management. Since I've been here I've seen several people quit it seems as if people are quitting this company every single week whether they are in high position or low position. They have absolutely no training system and the managers have no professionalism and do not know how to speak to the staff. When you 1st start their everything seems fine but once they get comfortable with you they start show their power and closeness to one another. Very hostile and unprofessional work environment
