- Being reprimanded and asked to leave because of highlighting a shortage of resources and skills as well as gaps in processes that caused project delays. - The current Management put a Senior Leadership Team in place that promotes a culture of pin pointing and blaming, and is not capable to handle the complex and regulated business of medical implantable devices.
