Best company I have ever worked for.
Pros
ABM (Advanced Business Methods) is an ESOP or employee owned company that has expanded into 4 states, yet still has the "mom and pop" feel to it. They offer great training in both service and sells and also great benefits, which include medical, PTO, 401k and company stock. Another good note is that ABM truly cares about their employees and their customers. The staff is all very friendly and helpful in general, but more so if one is having any company or personal issues. I am sad to be parting ways with this company in the near future and would go back to work for them again in a heartbeat.
Cons
Between the constant advancements in technology and ABM being a fairly new ESOP, changes in procedures and company policies are not uncommon. That being said, I never saw them discipline anyone for being unfamiliar with the new policies or for making a simple mistake.
