      Pros

      Was a great place to learn the skills needed to climb the latter, but I can't even say that is a real con anymore, since I ended up being the mentor for others before I left. The PTO time seemed fair and very flexible. If you can be favored, they seem to take care of you.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement, Lack of respect from upper management, Lack of proper training, Lack of proper equipment to do the jobs at hand, Toxic work environment, Disconnect between upper management and main laborer. The company started to really feel suspicious of shady business practices, but this is all speculation. Could just be that greed has turned the company rotten.

      Free food and flexability but only if u work in the office

      Cons

      Do not work here completely disorganized excessive micro managment close minded to suggestions for improvement no application or respect for the little guys and if u put your 2 weeks in they just fire u!
