      Nothing here is in favor.

      The owner is a disaster, it is a total mismanagement which warns employees sending them home even when it is she who indicates the things to do in a bad way. There are many to name them in a few lines.

      Close to home, but no thanks to the owner.

      Cons

      Too many to list here, the owner is constantly raging at the employees, and takes none of the blame herself for her imagined management skills. Employees are berated on a daily basis, based on her personal life situation.
