Opportunity for growth, you will get promoted only because they cannot hire and retain talent. Regional manager was great, but then they left

Employees are constantly lied to The owner is a control freak, he will not allow people to do their jobs Multiple hoops to jump through just to order supplies HR is non existent Errors with payroll, watch your money or they will cheat you out of it No bonus system or perks No salary increases unless you threaten to leave and they like you

Trying to think of some !

Cons

Ordering supplies is a constant battle to get what you need. Sent e mails are not returned. Every minute of the day worked must be clocked in. Rules and regulations not communicated clearly or at all.
