Cons

The team leads and project managers have some of the absolute worst people skills that I have ever encountered. These people are unfriendly, condescending, and downright rude. There is one team leader who is truly so obnoxiously unpleasant and rude to deal with, I don't even understand how she got this position.

There are few pros. Too few to think of right now.

Cons

Promotions are non-existent. There are more managers then there are doers. The managers demonstrate lack of integrity and blatant disregard for their employees. They act interested in individual employee, while stagnating their ability to feed families and live a well-balanced life. Work expectations are enormously out of step with compensation. One won't get a weekend off. Pay is intolerable. Pay affects retention. AD high turnover is alarming for clients and internal efficacy. There is not a single female executive or senior manager.
