Coworkers were fun personalities, direct access to leadership in the corporate-office is common.
Cons
They talk a big game about help, but being in the front line of the business model exposes you to the fact that most people the company interacts with are people who are down-and-out, but our job was to put them into a one sided financial relationship that 66% of the time made people more down-and-out. The general attitude of coworkers is that these debters deserve it, so be careful about helping the customer too much, they don't like when you answer customers questions in any way that would dissuade them, such as explaining how compound interest works in conjunction with their often incredibly onerous terms.
