Getting to help patients and leaving early on Fridays were the only benefits of working here.
Cons
Owner hired her special needs daughter and there’s a lot of verbal altercations between the two of them. It’s a really hostile environment and leads to the whole team getting really tense. The daughter says a lot of “my mom wants it done this way” and it turns out that it’s completely fabricated and isn’t remotely what the owner wants. The owner will shout about the daughter’s behavior being “a fireable offense” so the full office will hear but won’t actually fire her.
