      Pros

      Very supportive of employees and facility needs. Strives to maintain long term relationships. They do a lot of nice perks for employees. All healthcare personnel are stressed during this pandemic. They are working to increase staff and maintain comparable salaries.

      Pros

      I feel supported by my senior team, knowing if I need help they are a call away. I enjoy working with my team, helping them achieve their successes, while still being able to assist hospitals in placement of their patients.

      Cons

      During this time of healthcare challenges, trying to support the buildings and staff, while trying to recruit has been hard. Not a con to the company just a challenge overall.

      Cons

      The upper leadership is not supportive of their facility teams. They rarely if ever communicated with them and/or supported the facilities and push their employees to the curb and then have the audacity to talk poorly of them to other employees.
