      Pros

      They really believe in treating the patient with the highest level of service and respect. And they respect their employees and empower us to take care of patients. It's the best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      We are all leased employees from the hospital. Anyone that has to work in the hospital instead of here is miserable.

      Pros

      At the time there were great benefits with a great PTO policy, profit sharing, medical and free services offered within the clinic.

      Cons

      Poor management. There was very little teamwork and this led to many interpersonal staff issues that could have otherwise been avoided.

      Pros

      Great location, a few nice coworkers,paid time off is generous.

      Cons

      Horrific management, no chance of raises even with excellent reviews,very low moral,huge disconnect between staff (which is encouraged by supervisors). No respect for employees. Always finding ways to take benefits or perks away.
