      The people that work there are great - for the most part

      Cons

      People are expected to work long hours and are given very little support even when it is necessary to complete their job. Company mindset is it's a mans world and the women there are not treated very well.

      Generous amount of vacation time to starting employees (2 weeks )

      Cons

      Small office with a staff that has been working together for a few years and has formed a clique. No work performance reviews, if they are not satisfied with you they will simply can you. Poor corporate culture and in turn effects moral.
