      No real structure, quality assurance. Projects were never well defined, and it was up to me to try, and interpret what they wanted. You had to do the writing, testing, and implementation

      Most of the lower level employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly pulls power plays. No room for growth. You are expected to stay in the same position regardless of your personal growth. Company politics are less than desirable. Systems severely outdated.
