Nepotism, no loyalty, toxic culture, PTO accrual is terrible, pay is decent. Used to be a great place to work until they hired an lead HR that reports directly to the CEO which is a family friend. After that, the culture became toxic and like you are walking on eggshells. They fire with no warnings regardless of how hard you work or how long you've been there. HR dept as a whole is there to get you in trouble and not help you.
