I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience working for STARS/ARS. We have worked hard to improve our culture over the last 3 years! STARS conducted an employee satisfaction and engagement survey in October of 2015. We used a SHRM survey so were able to compare ourselves against thousands of other companies. 97% of STARS employees took the survey! We also created a culture team to identify areas of improvement from employees and implement positive changes. We evaluated the survey results and created a 13 item action plan from the research. I think you would find the environment to be a more positive workplace. Thank you for your feedback!

I did not join the company until 2014, however, I can tell you that I think a number of things have changed in the culture since you were here. STARS conducted an employee satisfaction and engagement survey in October of 2015. We used a SHRM survey so were able to compare ourselves against thousands of other companies. 97% of STARS employees took the survey. We also created a culture team to identify areas of improvement from employees and implement positive changes. We evaluated the survey results and created a 13 item action plan from the research. We have a very talented team of IT professionals working to improve our systems. We have recently invested in a new data center with full redundancy. We have included one on one time with various departments during on-boarding so employees get a better understanding of the organization as a whole. Thank you so much for your feedback!
