Great company if you want to work in the bike business. People are nice and it's a casual place to work.

Cons

No direction and recently acquired Performance company has our CEO missing in action along with his assistant. Cash flow is tight and top managers have abandoned ship. Marketing is non existent with nobody planning out future plans. Too many people have been promoted to upper management, for whatever that title means that have zero sense of their jobs.
