Nothing except salary on time.
Cons
1. They can go up to any extent to torture you and make you feel helpless. 2. They blackmail you for everything. 3. Absolutely no work life balance. 4. They don't have sympathy for any body's personal issues. 5. 12-14 hours for working including saturdays and they may blackmail you to work more than that. 6. Micromanagement for everything. 7. People including founders usually use abusive words and shout on employees. 8. Suffocating office in a remote location and no space to even move properly in office area. 9. The work environment is so negative and stressed always. 10. Firing is quite common, also they hire contractors and interns as it is easier to fire them. 11. Worst HR policies. Pay cut even for 1 day leave. 12. Might be good for slaves but not for employees. 13. Very less salary and no perks. 14. They have a buggy product in obsolete technology. They may ask to add any random feature and then drop them, just to make sure you stay in office for 12- 14 hrs or more. 15. Cheap politics everywhere.
