Pay is good. Atmosphere is friendly. Small group of employees at HQ. Fast-paced most of the time. Opportunity for increasing responsibilities. Core work hours are 9 - 5.
Cons
Business Unit Heads and Staff are the only two levels of management - no promotions or upward movement. Not a lot of resources during peak work loads. (no back-up).
