      Best group of people you could ever wish to work with

      Pros

      Family oriented. Understanding when things come up Nobody is out to prove they are your leader You can actually use PTO They are there to talk to if you ever need to. The doctors are people too and you can talk to them like you would anyone else.

      Cons

      Pay may not be the most competitive. Due to employee market. May sometimes feel like you are taking on a lot.

      Favoritism among management, CAO hires in a lot of friends who end up using this privilege to avoid work.

      Friday is half of day, reps bring lunch often, can make up hours

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and clinical team, dismissal of concerns or needs that medical staff need for optimal treatment, poor PTO and problem when you have to use it and even racist comments being dismissed by HR
