      Pay, Benefits and set hours

      Gossiping amongst management. You can't go to your manager and speak to them in confidence because 9 times out of 10 it will leave closed doors. Lack of communication between management and staff. Management constantly promises things and does not follow through. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Definitely politics involved with this practice. They promise advancement, but that's not true! You do not want to work here.

      Fast paced Interesting job Pays well Benefits, I suppose. I have to add 5 pros to submit this, and there aren’t that many pros, unfortunately.

      Cons

      Where to begin...? Too many people barking orders at you, telling you to do conflicting things. Micromanaging to the highest degree! I was promised one position, and never got it. They just kept dangling that carrot in front of me. And the gossip amongst staff is ridiculous! You cannot trust a soul there, it’s every man (mostly women) for themselves! Cut throat! I’m glad to be free from the trap.

      Cons

      Unqualified people in management, disorganized, lack of leadership, ethics and integrity. They do not value their employees. They do not follow their own policies.
