Met some incredibly intelligent, kind and thoughtful people working here.
Nice location in Echo Park when we were working from the office.
Great WFH protocol.
Cons
Bad management. Policies are set in place but there is no accountability from the executives to make sure their managers are following suit.
Hourly staff is not treated the same as exempt staff.
I love the people and the work. No one works here because it's just a job. We are clear on who we are and our mission to support grassroots. the partner work is fulfilling. Staff work hard and are a lot of fun. Several people have been promoted internally over the years so room for growth. good benefits too.
Cons
Pandemic has been hard without traveling and onboarding people we haven't been in relationship with.
