      The Focus lies on making money and not on the customer or their staff

      Pros

      Alows you freedom to work from home under specific conditions. The customers they have are great to work with.

      Cons

      Their main focus is billable hours, nothing else matters. They tell lies and does not upphold their promises towards employees but will hold employees to their word. Almost no or zero internal routines. The Focus lies on making money and not on the customer or their staff. Tellas you to lie on how much time you spend to bill the customer more. They often say that you need to be: Cooperative and flexible to do work to get the jobb done, that means that you will be working several roles at once with zero back up.

      - The coworkers - Not much else

      Cons

      - Too many managers without the knowledge to go with the title - Management having it´s fingers in every decision-making process - Copious amount of overtime per week - Overworked and underpaid - Almost no or zero internal routines - Working several roles at once with zero back up or compensation - Profit driven, making short-term gain based decisions that cause harm in the long term - Not diverse in the slightest

      Good company, compensation could be better

      Pros

      Great people. Great benefits. Hybrid working. Nice modern offices with recreational areas.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Lots of uncertainties. The salaries could be a whole lot better. Lack of integration between departments. Selling support on third-party products they do not have resources on in terms of knowledge of the product.
