Pros
Advanon really excels at making every single member of the team feel they have a say in the direction of business and shape of the company. There are frequent opportunities for direct, 2-way feedback, and the co-founders and management team really set a tone of openness and ambition. It's a bit contagious :) Highlights: - Frequent visits between members in Zürich and Berlin office to ensure smooth communication - Advaperks benefits plan has a lot of things to make life easier: transport passes, enhanced holiday perks, gym membership, and a lot of other lifestyle things to choose from - Flexible hours/location. Can work remotely sometimes, and comfortable working zones in office to focus or collaborate - The people. They are just really awesome to work with!
Cons
Really hard to think of any con at all. If I had to pick one, I'd say that at times it can be difficult to "turn off" after work because there is always so much to do, and so many ambitious goals ongoing. But I think people learn different techniques to help wind down in their free time. For me and most team members, I think we are just really excited at the potential of the business, and helping each other out, that it can blur the work/life boundary sometimes. But that's true of most great workplaces .
