      Good people, especially the owner, who try their best to always make sure employees are cared for. They make efforts on acceptance and compensation to value their employees.

      Sometimes, things get lost in the weeds as the company is growing quickly and managerial staff have a lot on their plate. They are good people willing to be fair, but it is important to remind them often for things and ask for help when you need it.
