Pros
The men and women at this company still have the right attitude and vision on how to grow a successful company. They understand that team members are the life force that keeps the gears turning. Each employee has a different set of needs and Advantage strives to know each team member on a personal level. Advantage goes one step further by implementing various policies that encourage team members to continue to grow and strive for excellence daily. Yes one person may be a CEO and the next a merchandising associate but you would never know the difference by looking at them interact. We’re all one big family with the same core values and vision for the future
