Small company. Resources can be limited therefore you must take a more proactive approach to things like admin and other initiatives. When you’re this small, upward mobility can be limited - no way around it.
With that said, ADI allows you to take on additional projects or step into other roles you may find appealing. For instance, if you are a sales guy but would like to spend a certain percentage of your time working as a PM, you are absolutely encouraged to do so.
Not a transactional sale so you’re not picking up the phone and slinging 15 subs in a day.
