      Loyalty doesn't matter. If you don't kiss upper management's butt, you aren't moving up or keeping your job. Very political and big time favoritism. Management has no idea what it takes to run this company anywhere but to the ground

      Tanking fast with new CEO at helm

      Employees that have been here decades look out for each other.

      Cons

      Entire new upper management team that lacks experience and it shows on everything they do. New CEO (not Joe Spitale) is patronizing and elevates only the worst misogynistic, manipulative people in the company. Travel Director lies to both internal and external employees and refuses to listen to knowledge or experience from staff. Lost nearly 70% of the company in the last year due to poor decisions and pride, but both CEO and Travel Director will brag about their boats and million dollar homes. Everything that made the company great for 38 years has been trashed by them in less than 2 years.
