Pros

Many of the employees have been here for 5 or 10 years. It's really a drama-free environment where everyone is valued and respected for the job they do. The Core Values are posted and the people here really try to live by them.

Cons

Parking can be a problem.

I like that advantage is a family oriented company, the staff is really friendly and we also have a open and honest policy which I love that you can speak with management or your coworkers about anything and they are always open to new ideas.

there are no paid holidays
